Tools of this class operate on
a wide range of air pres s ures.
We recommend that air pressure
mea s ures 90 PSI at the air inlet
while in use. Low pressure (less
than 90 psig 6.2 bar) re d uc e s the
speed and performance of all air
tools. High pres s ure (over 115 psig
8.0 bar) exceeds the rated capacity
of the tool, which will short e n tool
life through faster wear and could
cause injury.
Always use clean, dry air. Dust,
corrosive fumes, and/or water in
LUBRICATION
Lubricate the air motor daily with
NAPA air tool oil. If no air line oiler
is used, run 1/2 oz. of oil through
the tool. The oil can be squirted
OPERATION
The speed of this saw can be
regulated. It has a slotted screw
which rotates 360º. However, only
a quarter turn segment (90º) within
the full turn regulates the speed
of the saw. When the screw is
rotated a full quarter turn in either
direction, the tool speed will go
from maximum to minimum or vice
versa. Rotate the screw within the
quarter turn until the desired speed
is obtained.

2. Pull down saw blade cover (#36).
3. Loosen set screws (#42).
4. Insert blade into saw blade
holder (#41) and tighten set
screws.
5. Close saw blade cover and
re-install screw.
