Care and Maintenance
Before starting any cleaning or maintenance activities:
1.
Unplug the appliance from the mains.
2.
Let the appliance cool down.
Cleaning
•
Wipe all exterior surfaces of the appliance clean with a soft cloth dampened with a
soap and water solution. Do not immerse or submerge any part of the appliance in
water or any other liquid. Never use solvents or cleaning agents containing
petroleum (petrol, kerosene, oil), paint thinner, turpentine, alcohol, or ammonia.
•
Wipe the interior of the appliance clean with a soft cloth dampened with a soap and
water solution.
•
Never clean the filter with a vacuum cleaner or wash it directly.
Storing
•
Store the appliance and its accessories in its original package in a clean and dry
area.
Filter
•
Brush off the filter every week of use.
•
It is recommended to replace the filter every six months of use, or when the
appliance stops filtering properly. Only replace with the correct filter. Never wash or
re-use an old filter.

Troubleshooting
The appliance does not
work.
Significantly reduced
airflow.
Poor purification quality.
The reset button lights
after filter replacement.

The filter packaging has
not been removed.
Low fan speed.
Dirty filter.
Not enough clearance
around the appliance.
The room is too large.
Blocked air inlet or outlet.
The filter is not properly
installed.
The appliance has not been
reset.

Possible solution
Connect the appliance
correctly to the mains.
Press the on-off button
once.
Remove the filter
packaging before use.
Select a higher fan speed
with the speed button.
Replace the filter.
Ensure at least 0.5 m of
clearance around the
appliance.
Only use the appliance in
rooms smaller than 8 m².
Remove all objects
blocking the air inlet or
outlet.
Make sure the filter is
properly installed.
Press and hold the reset
button for 5 seconds to
reset the appliance.
