LOCKING AND UNLOCKING
Step 1:
Place the post upright, making sure that the bottom of the post is precisely positioned in the
square opening of the base. Put the key in the lock cylinder and turn it 90° clockwise.
Step 2:
In this position, push the lock cylinder in and then turn the key 90° anti-clockwise back to the
starting position. Make sure that the lock cylinder is closed flush with the surface and remove the
key from the lock. The Security Bollard is now locked. To unlock it, follow the aforementioned
instructions and in this case, make sure that the lock cylinder is protruding. Raise the post slightly
and lay it flat on the ground.
Notes:
If the lock cylinder is sticking out, the post is unlocked. If the lock cylinder is pushed in and flush
with the surface, the post is locked.
MAINTENANCE AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Use a sponge and warm soapy water for cleaning. Do not use cleaners or detergents containing
solvents; substances such as bleach can damage the product. You may find further care
instructions on the product. Regular cleaning, checking and maintenance increase the item's safety
and service life.
DISPOSAL
At the end of your item's long service life, please dispose of the valuable raw materials properly
so that proper recycling can take place. If you are not sure how best to proceed, the local waste
disposal companies or recycling centres will be happy to help.
