PRODUCT'S PRESENTATION
This angle grinder, powered by an electric brushless
motor, is designed to carry out all kind of grinding, san-
ding and cutting tasks.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING! Please read and understand all instruc-
tions. Failure to do so may result in an electric shock,
fire and/or serious personal injury. Save these instruc-
tions for future reference.
• Keep the working area clean and well illuminated.
• Do not operate the grinder in the presence of flam-
mable liquids, gases, or dust.
• Keep children and non-authorized people away
from the grinder while in use.
• Do not operate the angle grinder if you get tired
easily or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or
medication.
• Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or
jewelry and contain long hair.
• Remove adjusting keys or wrenches before tur-
ning the tool on.
• Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and ba-
lance and do not use the grinder on a ladder or
unstable support.
• Use safety equipment. Always wear safety glas-
ses and use a dust mask, non-skid safety shoes,
safety helmet or hearing protection when neces-
sary.
• Always use clamps or any other element to su-
pport the workpiece to a stable platform.
• Do not use the grinder if the switch does not longer
work and repair it immediately.
• Disconnect the battery from the grinder and pla-
ce the switch in the locked or off position before
making any adjustments, changing accessories,
or storing the tool.
• Store the angle grinder out of reach of the children
while not in use.
• Do not expose the angle grinder to rain or wet
conditions.
• Always use the guard with the grinding wheel to
protect you against broken fragments.
• Hold the angle grinder by the insulated handle sur-
face in operations where the power tool is likely to
contact hidden wiring.
• Always turn the grinder on and off with the grinding
wheel away from the workpiece.
• Attach the grinding wheel and guard securely be-
fore turning the grinder on.
• Always hold the grinder with one hand on the rear
handle and the other on the auxiliary handle while
in use and keep them away from rotating parts.
ASSEMBLY
Installing the grinding wheel
1. Press the spindle lock (2) and hold it down to pre-
vent the spindle rotation.
2. Remove the outer flange (11) with the spanner by
turning it anticlockwise. Do not remove the inner
flange (10).
3. Make sure the slot on the inner flange (10) enga-
ges with the square neck of the spindle.
4. Fit the grinding wheel (6) onto the inner flange
(10).
5. Press and hold down the spindle lock (2) again,
and screw the outer flange (11) onto the spindle,
turning it clockwise with the spanner wrench.
Mounting the auxiliary handle
1. Choose any of the two screwed holes on the left
and right side of the gear housing.
2. Insert the auxiliary handle (1) by turning it cloc-
kwise.
Mounting the wheel guard
NOTE! Inner and outer flanges may be fitted into the
spindle. You must first remove them before assembling
the wheel guard.
1. Open the release lever (4) and align the wheel
guard (5) with the slots on the gear case.
2. Fit the guard (5) into the spindle collar until the
guard engages and rotates freely.
3. Rotate the guard (5) to the desired angle and pull
back the quick release lever (4) to lock the guard.
