Safety instructions
1. Keep this product away and protected from water and other liquids.
2. To clean use a dry cloth and make sure it is not connected to a
power supply.
3. Ambient temperature should be -20°C to +45°C.
The following situations can cause failures like: high temperature/
no or slow charging:
4. The connected adapter or USB port does not have enough power
output.
5. The charging cable it is not compatible with the power adapter's
output.
6. When using a case, your device's case can be too thick,
recommended max phone case thickness is 5 mm.
7. There is a metal or a magnet on the back of your phone or your
phone's case.
8. The phone is not placed at the center of the wireless charger.
9. Your phone does not support Qi wireless charging.
Usage
See the illustrations for a visualization of how to use this product.
1. Connect the wireless charger to a USB power adapter (see charging
chapter for compatible devices).
2. Place the power bank in the slot for the power bank, ensure it is
fully connected. There are charge pins that should be connected in
the bottom.
3. Connect the charge pad for Apple watch. It has a removable
plastic cover.
4. Place your phone on the power bank. It has a magnet and should
attach magnetically when placed properly.
Note: The receiving area on your device may vary depending on
device and manufacturer. When the charging is completed, remove
your device.
Compatible devices
The magnet on the power bank will not function properly if it is used
with an incompatible case or device. The magnet is optimized for
Apple's magnet solution.
Charging
To charge phones with 7.5 W / 10 W or to charge watches/wireless
earbuds, you need a "Quick Charge" or "Power Delivery" USB power
adapter with 5 V / 3 A or 9 V / 2 A. (18 W), and a compatible device.
iPhone series will charge up to 7.5 W with a power adapter of 18 W
or higher.
Other devices will charge with 5/7.5/10 W depending on the power
adapter and device.
If you want to charge more than 1 device at the same time, you might
need a USB adapter that supports 9/12 V, 2/1.5 A.
If you use only a 5 V power adapter, the charging speed might be
reduced.
Compatibility with wireless charging and a USB power adapter is
required.
Watches will charge with 2 W. Wireless earbuds will charge with 5 W.
Please note that the charge pad for watches is optimized for Apple
Watch and it is not compatible with all smart watches.
Angle
The angle of the charge stand can be adjusted from 30° to 80°.
LED status (ear buds)
Red light: Standby mode.
Flashing red light: indicates = over-voltage, over-current or short-
circuit.
Green light: Charging or fully charged.
Flashing red and green light: Foreign object detected or other error.
Try removing the object, clean the surface or unplug and reconnect
the charger.
LED status (Apple Watch)
Green light: Standby mode.
Green light (slowly pulsing): Charging or fully charged.
LED status (Phone)
Light off: Standby mode.
Blue light (slowly pulsing): Charging or fully charged.
Flashing blue light: over-voltage, over-current, short-circuit or foreign
object detected. Try removing the object, clean the surface or unplug
and reconnect the charger.
LED status (power bank)
Press the status button to indicate power left or to start charging.
1 LED is lit = 1-33% power is left.
2 LEDs are lit = 34-66% power is left.
3 LEDs are lit = 67-100% power is left.
Green light: Fully charged.
Flashing green light: Charging.
1 LED is flashing: Low power.
