Use a large Phillips or

flat-head screwdriver to
remove the 1/2" threaded
KO plug from the back
plate.
Secure the main body to

the octagonal junction box
with screws. The main body
has an integrated bubble
level to assist with leveling.
CONDUIT WALL MOUNT
Drill mounting holes

through each of four corner
mounting locations.
Level the main body and

secure it to the wall with
screws.

Drill holes through the

back plate to match the
junction box mounting
screws required.
Connect fixture to the

power supply as per the
included wiring diagram.
Using the drilled out main

body as a template, mark
level and drill holes in the
location the fixture will be
mounted.
Connect the conduit to the

desired 1/2" KO. Wire the
fixture per the provided
wiring diagram.

Remove the foam plugs

from the pad to allow the
screws to pass through
the pad and into the
junction box.
Hook the cover of the fixture

back onto the hinge of the
main body.
Install anchors into the

drilled holes.

Thread the wire through

the back plate plug hole.
Ensuring uniform gasket

coverage, close the cover
and tighten screws to com-
plete installation.
Remove an available 1/2" threaded

KO plug to run conduit to the
fixture. Peel and adhere the 4
circular foam pads to the back of
the main body.
