Abra
todas
las välvulas
de
paso
en
las tuberias,
tanto
en
la
aspiraciön como en la impulsiön.
Conecte
el interruptor de suministro.
El agua
puede tardar unos
segundos en recorrer toda la longitud de tuberia.
Compruebe el sentido de giro del motor, este debe ser anti-horario
visto desde el ventilador. En bombas trifäsicas existe la posibilidad
de que el motor gire en sentido
inverso, en este caso
el caudal
serä menor al esperado. Si esto ocurriera, invertir dos fases de la
alimentaciön en el cuadro de conexiön.
Compruebe
que
la corriente
absorbida
sea
igual o menor
a la
mäxima,
indicada
en
la placa
de
caracteristicas.
En
motores
trifäsicos, ajustar el rel& termico.
Si el motor
no funciona
o no extrae
agua,
procure
descubrir
la
anomalía
a través
de la relación
de
posibles
averías
mas
habituales
y sus posibles soluciones
que facilitamos en páginas
posteriores,
5. MANTENIMIENTO
Nuestras bombas están exentas de mantenimiento. En
épocas
de heladas tenga
la precaución
de vaciar
las
tuberías y el agua del interior de la bomba.
Si la inactividad
de la bomba
va a ser prolongada
se
recomienda desmontarla y guardarla en un lugar seco y
ventilado.
ATENCIÓN:
en caso
de avería,
la manipulación
de la
bomba sólo puede ser efectuada por un servicio técnico
autorizado.

6. DESGUACE
Liegado
el momento
de desechar
la bomba,
esta
no
contiene ningún material tóxico ni contaminante.
Este producto no debe ser tirado al contenedor normal
de basuras. Utilice el servicio local, público o privado, de
recogida selectiva de residuos.

1. GENERALITIES
The
instructions
provided
give
information
about
the
correct
installation and optimal performance of our pumps.
They
are
centrifugal
multistage
horizontal
non-priming
pumps,
made
up of various sequence impellers that obtain the same
flow
at
different
pressures,
according
to
the
number
of impellers
engaged.
They are designed to work with clean water which does not contain
suspended solids, sanitary hot water, refrigerating liquids, aqueous
solutions
or
other
non-flammable,
non-explosive
liquids,
with
a
density and viscosity similar to that of water.
The standard
model,
with EPDM
gaskets,
is not compatible
for
working with oils or hydrocarbons.
For liquids with a higher density or viscosity, it is necessary to
enlarge the motor power.

2. FUNCTIONING CONDITIONS
Room
temperature:
from
-15%C
to
+40°C.
Maximum
humidity
relative to air: 95%.
Liquid temperature: from -15%C to +110°C.
Functioning maximum pressure: 10 bar.
Inlet maximum
pressure: the pressure in the suction inlet must not
exceed the difference between the functioning maximum
pressure
and the maximum manometric height of each pump.
Inlet minimum
pressure:
correctly
size the suction
installation
in
order to avoid cavitation. Take into account the NPSH curves of
each pump.
3. INSTALLATION
3.1. Fastening
The
pump
should
rest on
a solid, horizontal
base.
It should
be
fastened to it using screws (2 x @8), making use of the holes in the
support, to ensure that the assembly is stable.
The installation should allow correct ventilation of the motor. Make
sure that the ventilator has the correct air flow.
3.2. Assembly of the suction pipes
The suction
pipe should
have a diameter the same
as or, if the
route is longer than 7 metres, exceeding that of the mouth
of the
pump
inlet, permanently
maintaining
a minimum
incline of 2% to
avoid air pockets.
If the pump is installed in suction, it should be done as close as
possible to the water level in order to reduce the suction route to
avoid power losses. It is necessary to install a foot valve in order to
carry out priming
correctly. The
valve should
be submerged
at
least 30 cm below the dynamic level of the water (Figure 3). Avoid
syphons (Figure 4).
3.3. Assembly of the discharge pipes
It is advisable to use pipes with a diameter equal to that of the
discharge outlet or bigger to reduce power losses in long winding
stretches of pipes.
The pipes should never rest their weight on the pump.
If a foot valve is not installed, try to install a stop valve to avoid the
tube draining.
3.4. Electrical connection
The electrical installation must be fitted with a multi-pole
separation system with an opening of contacts
3 mm.
The protection of the system is based on a differential
switch (|
n= 30mA)
The
electrical
connection
must
be
carried
out
by a
qualified
technician.
The power cable
must comply with the corresponding
regulation
requirements
in force
in each
country.
It is obligatory
that the
connections from the power cable to the motor of the pump
are
made with the corresponding terminals.
The
single-phase
motors
incorporate
thermal
protection.
In the
case
of three-phase
motors
the
user
must
provide
thermal
protection according to the installation regulations in force.
Follow the instructions in Figure 1 for correct electrical installation.
3.5. Tests prior to initial start-up
A
WARNING: Check that the tension and frequency of the
supply
system
correspond
to
that
indicated
on
the
electrical data label.
Make sure that the shaft of the pump rotates freely.
Fill the
body
of the
pump
completely
with
water
through
the
draining plug. If a foot valve has been installed, fill the suction pipe.
Make sure that none of the gaskets or fittings leak.
THE PUMP MUST NEVER
BE DRY RUN.
4. START-UP
Open
all the flow valves on the pipes, on both the suction
and
discharge.
Connect the supply switch. The water make take a few seconds to
flow along the length of the pipe.
Check
the
rotational
direction
of the
motor,
it should
be
anti
clockwise when looked at from the ventilator. In three-phase
pumps it is possible for the motor to rotate in the opposite direction,
in this case the flow will be less than expected. If this happens,
reverse two phases of the power supply on the connection panel.
Check
that the absorbed
current
is equal
to or less than
the
maximum,
indicated on the characteristics plaque. In three-phase
motors, adjust the thermal relay.
