Cleaning
Disconnect the pump from the solar panel before any cleaning, adjustment, or replacement of
accessories, and if the device is not in use.

If the pump begins to lose power or stop working after a while, check for sediment, scale, or dirt
buildup in the filter. Remove the pump cover and impeller cover. Clean these parts and the filter

Solar panel:
• The panel should be cleaned periodically with soft tissue.
• It is recommended that the panel be cleaned regularly to maintain optimal conversion of solar
energy to DC power.
• Do not spray the solar panel with a stream of water or immerse it in water.
• Use only non-corrosive agents for cleaning surfaces.

Storage
Charge the battery for at least one day in direct sunlight when the pump is used for the first
•
time or after a long break from use.
To maintain long battery life, charge the battery fully and disconnect the pump from the solar
•
panel before putting the unit into storage.
•
Store the unit in a dry and cool place protected from moisture and direct sunlight.

Troubleshooting
1) The pump does not work even though the solar panel is exposed to full sunlight.
• No connection to the solar panel - check the cable connection.
• Impeller is blocked - To clean the pump, remove the front plate and impeller. Use a small
brush or steam to remove any dirt.
