Press once on the mode key (TV, VCR ...) corresponding to the
device whose volume will always be controlled by the VOL and
MUTE keys.
Press the MUTE key once.
2.1.2 Adjustment of the volume controls for EACH mode
You can decide that the volume control is functional for each
mode selected on condition that the volume control exists on
the corresponding device (e.g. control of the television set
sound in TV mode, the control of the sound of the SAT receiver
in SAT mode, ...).
Hold down the SETUP key until the indicator lamp (LED)
remains lit.
Release the SETUP key.
Press the MUTE key. The lamp fl ashes once.
Press once on the mode key (TV, VCR, DVD...) corresponding
to the device whose volume will always be controlled by the
VOL and MUTE keys.
Press the VOL◄ key once.
Press the MUTE key once.
2.2 Code identifi cation
1, 2...0 = Numerical keys = Set (LED goes out)
The numerical key for which the red LED goes out shortly is the
fi rst number of the code. Press keys 1, 2, 3 to 0 one by one until
the red LED goes out again. This is the second number of the
code. This procedure has to be repeated two times. If the last
number of the code is identifi ed the LED goes out completely.
Now you readout the 4 numbers of this code for this equipment,
e.g.TV.
2.3 2nd operating level
To enter the 2nd operating level press SETUP 1 time. Now some
keys can be allocated with further functions, e.g. PROG▲
color +/- now.
