VERVANGING DRIJFRIEM
RECHTER ZIJBORSTEL
Voor het vervangen van deze riem als volgt te
werk gaan:
•
Verwijder rechter zijcarter 1.
•
Draai
riemspanner
2
transmissieriem 3 losser.
•
Verwijder
transmissieriem
riemschijf 4.
•
Riemspanner
5
van
hoofdborstel losdraaien.
•
Verwijder riem 6 van riemschijf 4.
•
Vervang riem 7 van zijborstel.
•
Monteer riem 6 opnieuw op riemschijf 4.
•
Span riem 6 met behulp van riemspanner
5.
•
Monteer riem 3 opnieuw op riemschijf 4.
•
Span riem 3 met riemspanner 2.
•
Monteer zijcarter 1.
Wanneer deze riem vervangen
wordt, ook borsteldrijfriemen 3 en
6 controleren (tek. 7). Als deze
tekenen van slijtage vertonen, ook
deze
riemen
vervangen
onnodige
(de)montage
voorkomen.

FITTING THE RH SIDE BRUSH
SECONDARY DRIVE BELT
Proceed as follows to fit a new RH side brush
secondary drive belt:
•

Remove the right-hand side cover 1.
•
Back off the belt stretcher 2 of the
3
van
transmission belt 3.
•
Remove the transmission belt 3 from the
drijfriem
pulley 4.
•
Back off the belt stretcher 5 of the main
brush drive belt.
•
Remove the belt 6 from the pulley 4.
•
Replace the belt 7of the side brush .
•
Replace the belt 6 on the pulley 4.
•
Tension the belt 6 using the belt stretcher
5.
•
Replace the belt 3 on the pulley 4.
•
Tension the belt 3 using the belt stretcher
2.
•
Replace the side cover 1.
Take the opportunity to check the
condition of the primary drive
belts 3 and 6, fig. 7 and replace if
worn.

If belts show signs of wear, replace
te
them to avoid further down-times
for more dismantling of parts.
E SUSTITUCIÓN DE LA
CORREA DE
ACCIONAMIENTO DEL
CEPILLO LATERAL DER.
Para
sustituir
esta
correa
siguientes operaciones:
•
Desmontar el cárter lateral derecho 1.
•
Aflojar el tensor 2 de la correa de
transmisión 3.
•
Quitar la correa de transmisión 3 de la
polia 4.
•
Aflojar el tensor 5 de la correa de
accionamiento del cepillo central.
•
Quitar la correa 6 de la polea 4.
•
Quitar la correa 7 del cepillo lateral.
•
Volver a montar la correa 6 en la polea 4.
•
Tensar la correa 6 con el tensor 5.
•
Volver a montar la correa 3 en la polea 4.
•
Tensar la correa 3 con el tensor 2.
•
Volver a montar el cárter lateral 1.
Se recomienda que al sustituir la
correa también se comprueben las
correas de accionamiento de los
cepillos 3 y 6 (Fig. 7). Si se observa
que las correas están en mal
estado, cambiarlas para evitar
pérdidas de tiempo con otros
desmontajes de piezas.
