RACK SUPPORTS
To avoid soil buildup which may lead to arcing and cause
damage to the microwave oven, clean rack supports often.
Do not attempt to remove supports from cavity walls.

wool pads, gritty washcloths
or some recycled paper towels.

Rinse with clean water and dry with soft, lint-free cloth.
The grease filters should be removed and cleaned at least once a
month. Do not operate the microwave oven without the grease
filters in place. The 3M FILTRETE TMtcharcoal odor filter cannot
be cleaned, and should be replaced every 6 to 12 months, or as

3M FILTRETE TM*CHARCOAL ODOR FILTER
This filter works with the exhaust fan to eliminate cooking odors.
Depending on the fan speed used, the life of the filter ranges from
50 hours to 100 hours.
The Odor Filter Status screen, available through the Options
menu (see "Options" section), shows the percentage of the filter
usage, from 100% (new) to 0% (needs changing). When the
usage reaches 5% or lower, and the fan button is pressed, the
Order Filter screen appears on the display with ordering
information and changing instructions.
NOTE: If exhaust setting has been set for External Venting, the
Odor Filter Screen will not automatically
appear. The exhaust
setting may be changed at any time. See "Exhaust Ventilation"
section.
To Remove and Replace Odor Filter:
1. Open microwave oven door.
2. Tilt vent grille forward and lift out to remove.
3. Lift filter up, then pull it out of the slot.
4. Replace the 3M FILTRETE TMfcharcoal odor filter by
positioning the new filter in the slot. "This side out" printed on
the edge of the filter should be facing out. Then replace the
vent grille by aligning the bottom tabs and snapping it back
into place.
5. Touch "Filter Reset" on the "Odor Filter" screen (in the
"Options"
menu, under "Exhaust/Odor
Filter").
GREASE FILTERS
To Remove and Replace Grease Filters:
1. Remove each of the grease filters by pushing the back of the
filter up, grasping the tab, and sliding the filter to the back.
Pull tab down until the filter drops out.
2. Replace grease filters by inserting the end without the tab
into the frame. Swing other end up and slide into position.

To Replace:
1. Unplug microwave oven or disconnect
power.
2. Remove bulb cover mounting screw, and gently remove
cover.

3. Remove the burned-out bulb.
4. Replace bulb, using a tissue to handle the bulb, or wearing
cotton gloves. Do not touch bulb with bare fingers.
5. Replace bulb cover and mounting screw.
6. Plug in microwave oven or reconnect power.
