4. Getting Started
4.1 Connecting the HDMI splitter (pic. 2)
* Use an HDMI cable (not included) to connect the
HDMI OUT output on the HDMI splitter to the
HDMI input on the television set.
* Use an optical fibre cable (ODT cable) to connect
the OPTICAL OUT on the splitter to the A/V
receiver, sound bar or amplifier, or:
* Use a coaxial connecting cable (digital) to
connect the COAX OUT on the HDMI splitter to
the A/V receiver, sound bar or amplifier, or:
* Usea 3.5 mm audio cable to connect the AUDIO
OUT on the HDMI splitter to the A/V receiver,
sound bar or amplifier.
You can also use 2 or 3 of the outputs on the
HDMI splitter at the same time.
Connect the enclosed power supply unit to the
mains socket, and connect the DC 5 V connection
to the HDMI splitter. The red "Power" LED will light
up if the HDMI splitter is properly connected.

If you are not getting sound or a picture, reset
the HDMI audio splitter by disconnecting the
mains plug. When the HDMI audio splitter is
resupplied with current, it takes approx. 10
seconds for the sound or picture to return.
