3 INSTALLATION AND START UP
3.1 INSTALLATION PUMPS

1. Take off the thermometer handles (1 and 9) and
remove the front insulation;
2. Insert the sealing rings into the nuts of the
collector;
3. Put the group on the nuts;
4. Tighten the nuts. Take care that the nuts do not
get jammed at that the sealing rings do not slip;
5. Make electrical connections of the pump;
6. Make electrical connections of the servomotor
(to see servomotor instructions);
7. Mount the front insulation and the thermometer
handles (1 and 9).

START UP
During the filling the mark of the check valve must be
directed in vertical position. The spot must be on the left
of the mark. In this case the flow goes in both directions.
OPERATION
During the operation the mark be directed in horizontal
position. The spot must be under the mark. In this case
the flow goes only in the direction of the arrow.
For the groups where there isn't standard pumps, the
installation of the pumps must be mounted with the
arrow (on the side or on the back of te pumps) that go
from bottom to top of the pump. It is shown in the picture.
