About Dual SIM
• The 4G Dual SIM service requires support from local telecom operators. This may
not be available in all regions.
• Supports two nano-SIM cards. When both SIM card slots are used, you can select
either SIM card as the primary card.
• Only telecom operators in certain regions support VoLTE.
• System updates may be applied when the network is upgraded. Please refer to the
system version used by the device for more information.
• Do not insert non-standard SIM cards into the SIM card tray as this may damage
