Transport Belts
Contact your machine supplier if the motor is running but the transport Belts are
not.
We recommend that you clean the belts regularly to ensure efficient operation.
Insufficient Envelope Opening
Ensure your cutting adjustment is sufficient. Correct cutting width by turning the
adjustment wheel.
Ensure that the mail is pre-sorted and collated correctly and that it is placed on the
Feed Deck properly.
If problem persists, contact your machine supplier, the blade may be damaged.
Repairs
Contact your machine supplier for service, maintenance or repair. Any repairs
must be performed by a skilled technician.
