Operation
1. Ensure that the stacked envelopes are on the transport belts.
2. Adjust the cutting width by turning the adjustment wheel. Increase the cutting
width for larger envelopes.

3. Ensure machine is plugged in. Then switch the DL250 to On ("I"). Your mail will
be processed.
Caution! During operation ensure that fingers, jewellery, hair and clothing are
kept away from moving parts.
4. Swtich Off the machine when not in use.

My machine won't start...
• Ensure your machine is plugged in and when loaded, turned on.
• Check the Top Cover is fitted and closed correctly.
• Check the Transport Belts are on the spools.
Top Cover
Swing open the Top Cover from right to left (Facing the machine). Please make sure
the cover is closed correctly. The DL250 does not work if the cover is not fixed
properly.
Envelope Stoppage
To remove a stopped envelope.
• Switch off the machine and disconnect the power.
• Open the Top Cover.
• Remove stopped envelope.
• Close the Top Cover and re-connect.
Note- Pre-sort envelopes to help prevent envelope stoppages.
