INTRODUCTION

Thank you for purchasing the Text Black Turbo high-pressure steamer.

Your steamer is an easy-to-use appliance that can be used to iron clothes, smooth out creases,

remove dust and for sterilization. Texi Black Turbo is an irreplaceable tool in the modern

household.

USE AND SAFETY GUIDELINES

Before using the appliance, read the information in this user's manual carefully and keep it for

future reference. The appliance is intended solely for indoor use.

• Before connecting the appliance, check whether the voltage given on the rating plate is

consistent with the local grid voltage.

• Never share a single power supply with other appliances. Improper connection of the appli-

ance may cause electric shock during ironing or overloading of the electrical installation.

• To ensure safety, always use an earthed socket.

• Before first use in new conditions, leave the appliance for at least 2 hours in the tempera-

ture at which it will be operating.

• Before connecting or disconnecting the appliance from the power supply, the ON/OFF

button should be found in the OFF position.

• Before starting work, fill the tank with water.

• When filling or emptying the water tank, remove the power plug from the power socket. Do

not splash water. Use only cold water.

• After ending or interrupting work, remove the plug from the electrical socket. When discon-

necting the appliance from the power socket, do not pull the electrical cord. Hold and pull the

plug.

• Before putting the appliance into storage, remove the power plug from the power socket,

leave the appliance to cool for 2 hours, empty the water tank and the appliance.

• When working with the steam head, keep your hands and body at a safe distance in order to

avoid burns from hot metal parts, hot water or hot steam. Place the head carefully back in the

holder.
