Use only VITO-approved tools and accessories for this
machine or technically identical parts. Failure to do so may
result in personal injuries or damages to the paddle mixer.
If in doubt, if you lack knowledge or resources, you should
contact an official dealer.
Your paddle mixer should only be serviced by the
manufacturer's internal service personnel, or other
qualified personnel, replacing any necessary parts with
original parts.
1. Screw the paddle bar into the spindle thread;
2. Insert a spanner to the spindle thread and tighten the
mixing paddle bar thread (3) with another spanner.
The machine is designed for mixing mortar, cement, floor
glue, plaster and paint.
When working with the paddle mixer, you should bear in
mind some use procedures:
▪ Always hold the mixer with both hands on the handles;
▪ Never switch on the mixer when the mixing paddle is
touching the materials to be mixed. The paddle must
only be placed in the bucket once the maximum rotation
speed has been reached;
▪ Work in such a way that the power cord is always kept
away from the mixer during operation.
1. Before plugging in the power cord, make sure the
"ON/OFF" switch (4) is off;
2. Hold the mixer with both hands over the handles (7);
3. Simultaneously press the "ON/OFF" switch lock-on
button (5) and the "ON/OFF" switch and insert the mixing
paddle head (1) into the bucket in which you are going
to carry out the mixing;
4. To switch off the mixer, release the "ON/OFF" switch.
The selection of the rotation speed depends on the type of
material to be mixed. The mixer has a selector which
enables two speed ranges to be chosen.
1. The speed regulator (8) allows you to select two speeds
"I-II".
1. Place part of the material to be stirred in a bucket,
together with the necessary amount of water;
2. Insert the mixing paddle head into the bucket and start
the mixing process at a slow speed;
3. Continue mixing, add more material and increase the
rotation speed until the desired density is reached;
4. After finishing work always rinse the mixing paddle.
Do not overload the mixer with excessive amounts of
material to be mixed.
