If you experience a problem with the boat that is covered by the warranty, report it immediately
to the seller.
1 . Contact the store where you bought the boat and explain the problem. If you bought the boat from
us, send an email to [email protected] or contact us by phone. Make sure you have the
purchase receipt handy.
2. The retailer will send a photo to Stargazer Boats along with an explanation of the problem and
proof of purchase.
3. We will investigate and confirm if the problem is covered by the warranty.
4. After confirmation, the retailer will send a request to Stargazer to pick up the boat and we will
organize the pickup.
5. We will look at the boat and repair or replace it.
