Installation of the batteries : ( Figure 1)
according to positive and negative terminals. Close and lock the cover.
Use of the device
(cf. Figure 1)
counter-clockwise and holding the spice compartment.
Fill it with peppercorns or sea salt. Make sure that you don't fill the peppercorns or sea salt more than 80%
of the compartment. Replace the spice compartment.
Turn over your peppermill to start working.
You can adjust the grind (5) by screwing or unscrewing the grey mill head.
Cleaning and storage:
with a damp sponge or cloth. You can wash the spice compartment with warm soapy water. Allow the
compartment to dry thoroughly before reassembling the appliance.
If your mill does not work despite new batteries, the head may be stuck. To free it, unscrew the grey head
until it is removed. Turn the unit over and shake it gently until the white piece under the grey head comes
off the unit. If you are unable to remove it, this part is stuck. Keep shaking the device to dislodge it. Then
clean the device. Replace the white part and screw the grey head back on.

*Do not mix old batteries with new ones, with different compositions or different brands to avoid possible
leakage or explosion.
*Do not heat or deform the batteries or expose them to fire.
* Do not dispose the batteries with your household garbage.
* Please check with your local authority for battery recycling advice. In order to protect the environment,
and dispose of batteries in accordance with applicable regulations. Do not dispose of the batteries in your
household waste. Drop them off in the nearest battery container or take them back to your store.
Correct disposal of the unit (Electrical and Electronic Equipment).

systems countries). The European Directive 2012/19/EU on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment
(WEEE), requires that old household electrical appliances must not be disposed of in the normal

the environment. The symbol of the crossed out dustbin is marked on all products to remind the
obligations of separate collection. Consumers should contact their local authority or retailer for
information concerning the correct disposal of their product.
