Setup/initial start-up
1) Clean the appliance as described in the chap-
ter "Cleaning and Care".
2) Place the appliance on a suitable and level sur-
face.
3) Unwind the cable from around the cable retain-
er 4 and guide it through the recess on the
edge of the housing.
4) Insert the plug into a mains power socket.
The appliance is now ready for use.

Operation and use
Different ways of preparing coffee require differ-
ent grinds, but the type of coffee as well as the
roasting of the beans also influence the result.
Also adjust the amount used and, if appropriate,
the grind to your personal taste.
Grinding coffee beans for filter

1) Remove the lid 1 from the motor unit 2.
2) Fill with the required quantity of coffee beans.
