Troubleshooting
Troubles
The power LED is not
on.

motor
does

Check points
Make sure that the power cord
is correctly plugged.
Check that the fuse is blown.
Make sure that the power
switch is properly working.
Check that the motor cord is
plugged in proper condition.
Make sure in the maintenance
mode that the "Hc" for hall
sensor check is in proper
condition.
Check that the collet chuck is
opened.
Check if the unit has been
excessively used under the
condition of too high load.
Make sure that the supply
power is AC200~240V,
50/60Hz.
Check if the unit has been
excessively used under the
condition of too high load.
Check if indoor temperature is
too worm in a work place with
the control unit.
Make sure that the temperature
sensor is in good condition.
Check if the collet chuck is
opened.
Check if the motor handpiece
shaft is rotated by fingers.
It is necessary to resupply the
power.
Corrective actions
Correctly plug the power cord.
Replace with a recommended fuse. If
the fuse is still blown again, then repair it.
Repair if the power switch is troubled.
Correctly plug the motor cord. If the
same error is continuously displayed,
replace the motor cord.
If any trouble is found, it is possible
that either the motor cord is broken or
the motor sensor is troubled. Repair it.
If opened, close the collet chuck. If the
same error is still displayed, then repair it.
Restart running the unit after keeping
it stopped for about 10 minutes. If the
same error is still displayed, repair it.
Check if the unit is properly running
while the specified power is supplied.

displayed, repair it.
