CREATE AN ADMIN PASSWORD
Please Note: The NVR does not require password protection; however, we recommend adding a password for
security purposes.

NVR SETUP CONTINUED
1.
Your NVR is now added to the Defender Empower App
for remote viewing.
Select "Done".
2.
SYSTEM SETUP
1.
Right click to view the main menu > Select System Setup.
2.
Leave "Password" blank and select "Ok". You will create
your password on the next screen.
3.
Select System Admin > Select User > Select Set Password.
PLEASE REMEMBER YOUR PASSWORD!
Defender cannot remote access your NVR to reset your password!
4.
Keep "Old password" blank.
5.
Create a "New password".
6.
Confirm password in "Repeated".
7.
Select "Ok".
