Press the Triangle button on your PS3 controller to
bring up control panel.
Then scroll to the right and select "Set as
Wallpaper".

Use the right joystick to zoom in/out and left joystick
to frame the image. When it is the proper size,

press (Enter).

Confirm with (Enter) if you are prompted to
overwrite your current wallpaper.
Step 7
Done! The snapshot that you have chosen is now
set as your PS3 wallpaper.
On your PS3 console, you can go to Settings > Theme Settings > Background to turn wallpaper on or off.
