A. Round massage head
suitable for massaging arms, waist, back, buttocks, thighs and other
large muscle groups.

for muscle areas that need recovery following heavy exercise, such as
deep muscle tissue.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Charging your device
1. To charge the product, plug the charging cable into a USB socket and
connect the cable to the charging socket (fig.2).
2. Once the charging cable is connected, blue LEDs will illuminate and flash.
As soon as the device is fully charged blue LEDs will stop flashing.
3. Once the product is fully charged, disconnect it from the power supply.
Using your device
1. Select the desired massage head and and push firmly into the socket on
the front of the massager (fig.3).
2. Press and hold the power on/off/power level button for 3 seconds to turn
the device on.
3. Pressing the on/off/power button again will cycle through the power
levels.
4. Gently move the massage head over the part of the body you wish to
massage at first, then gently apply more pressure as desired. If you are
a first time user it is recommended that you start on power level 1 and
press gently.
5. A long press on the on/off/power button for 1 second will turn the
massager off.

suitable for trapezius muscles, areas around the achilles tendon muscle,
ankle muscle and calf muscles.
DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT FOR OVER 30 MINUTES CONTINUOUSLY.
IF THE PRODUCT IS USED FOR OVER 30 MINUTES IT MAY TRIGGER THE
HEAT PROTECTION FEATURE AND STOP AUTOMATICALLY.
PLEASE WAIT FOR AT LEAST 30 MINUTES FOR THE PRODUCT TO COOL
OFF BEFORE RE-USING.
Cleaning your device.
• Make sure the device is unplugged from any power supply and allow to
cool before cleaning. Clean only with a soft, slightly damp sponge.
• Never allow water or any other liquid to come into contact with the
appliance.
• Do not immerse in any liquid to clean.
• Never use abrasive cleaners, brushes, glass/furniture polish, paint
thinner, etc to clean.
