FIRST STEPS
06.1 Inserting/Replacing batteries
Open the 2 battery compartment covers (9)
by pressing the fl aps downwards.
Insert in each battery compartment
4 pcs high-quality alkaline batteries type
Mignon AA LR6 1,5V (optional) according
to the polarity markings +/- inside the
battery compartments. Close the battery
compartments.
06.2 Fastening the neck strap
To prevent the night vision binocular from falling down, we recommend using the neck
strap. To fi x the neck strap pull the two loops through the eyelets (7) of the night vision
binocular and fasten them with the buckles.
06.3 Mounting onto a tripod
With the ¼" tripod mount (10) the night vision binocular can be mounted onto a tripod
(optionally available from DÖRR).

OPERATION
Note for eyeglass wearers
If you wear glasses, please keep them on while using the night vision binocular to ensure
best image results.
07.1 Operation by daylight
For daylight use, make sure the protection
cover (4) is placed onto the lens (5).
07.2 Operation in dark/by night
For using in the darkness, remove the pro-
tection cover (4) from the lens (5).
Note
If you forget to put on the protection cover at daylight, it won't harm your eyes or damage

the lens. But it will a ect the quality of image.
07.3 Turning On
To turn on the night vision binocular press the On/O button (1).
The display (6) shows "WELCOME" fi rst and then switches to a coloured live view.
07.4 Focusing
To adjust the focus, turn the focusing
wheel (8) to the left or to the right until the
live view in the display (6) is sharp.
