Check before first lifting
Check all connections (screws, nuts, bolts, etc.) for correct fastening.
Check all limit switches for correct setting and function.
Check all components and connections of the hydraulics and pneumatics for tightness and tighten if
necessary.
Check all pushbuttons for correct function. Make sure that all components required for the function are
activated (open detents, open lowering valve, activate motor contactors, etc.).
Observe the direction of rotation of the motor and change it if necessary.
Raise and lower the lift 2 to 3 times, checking the synchronization.
Tip
To check the synchronization, you can measure the distance of the lift truck to the base
plate. The lift carriage that is further down must be tightened.
Lifting under load
Lift a load to a height of approx. 1000 mm.
Then lower the load to the first notch (approx. 500 mm).
Check the synchronization and adjust it if necessary.
When continuing to lift, continue to pay attention to the synchronization.
Lower the load and install the missing covers or ramps.

Emergency lowering in case of power failure
1. Switch off the stage via the main switch and secure it against being switched on again.
2. To unlock the safety catches, lift both lifting carriages approx. 30 mm using a suitable lifting device.
3. Unlock and secure the safety catches manually so that the lift trucks can lower.
