3.3. Working with the device
DEVICE ASSEMBLY/OPERATION
a) Align the axes of the holes of the mounting brackets (4) of the fan (1) with the
axes of the holes of the connection plates (7). Attach the structure with the
dedicated fasteners (included in the set) (A).
b) The device prepared in this way should be installed in the place of service as
desired by the user. Fasten it to the working surface with mounting screws in
accordance with the distance of the holes of the connection plates. Mounting the
device onto the work surface should be performed in accordance with the
standards and regulations prevailing in a given country.
c)
Connect the device to the power supply.
NOTE: If the unit is to be assembled with external components (activee carbon filter,
fan hose), before installing to the work surface and connecting to the power supply,
you should:
a) Install an active carbon filter (2) (B) in the airflow inlet of the fan (1).
b) Install a fan hose (3) (B) to the fan air flow outlet (1).
c)
ATTENTION: The connections of the fan (1) and the elements of the set (2, 3) must
be properly sealed! Sealing elements (clamp, tape) should be selected
individually, in accordance with the regulations in force in a given country.
d) To connect the fan (1) with the hose (3), use a metal clamp or a suitable type of
securing tape.
e) Use a suitable type of securing tape to connect the fan (1) to the active carbon
filter (2).
