PROBLEM
The front of the electric scooter is not in
the upright position
The positions of the handlebar and axle
holes do not coincide
Error code
When a problem appears in the operation of the scooter it is displayed with an error code on the LED
display.

ATTENTION
Do not make any modifications to the scooter as they may damage the device. Any alteration or
modification will invalidate the product warranty. Contact our technical service if there is any problem
with your device.
Loosen the clamping screws of the tightening cap and the
clamping screws on both sides of the assembled folding
and locking system parts / adjust the front wheel with
a rubber hammer, adjust it to the vertical position and
lock it by tightening the clamping screws of the cap and
then tighten the clamping screws on both sides of the
assembled folding and locking system parts.
Check if the display cable is putting pressure on it, and
makes it not fit properly. Insert the cable correctly as
indicated in the section on assembling the scooter.
Check if the throttle cables are connected correctly. If the problem
persists, the throttle may need to be replaced.
Check if the brake connecting cables are loose. If it still shows E2, the
brake lever may need to be replaced.
The battery may need to be replaced.
Battery may need to be replaced
Check if the motor sensor connector wires are loose, if they are securely
connected you may need to replace the motor.
The display may need to be replaced.
Check if the connector wires are loose, if loose reconnect them. If it still
shows E7, you may need to replace the wires.
