User Manual for the Kinderfeets
Please read the entire manual before using your Kinderfeets Cargo Bike.
Thank you very much!
Inspired by the original Dutch Bakfiets, the Kinderfeets Cargo Bike is a
4-wheel push bike with a large cargo space in front for toys, treasures
and stuffed friends. EVA airless tires protect surfaces from scratches and
guarantee a stable, smooth ride; and by using their feet to power the bike,
children physically develop in a range of ways! Invite your child to test
their mobility, develop gross motor skills, and improve their balance and
coordination through active play with a vehicle that can be ridden, pushed,
pulled or used as a storage space. Watch as they gain confidence while
cruising around and see what treasures they find along their adventures!
Crafted using sustainably-sourced birchwood, water-based paints and non-
toxic finishings, the Cargo Bike offers active toddlers ages 12 months and
older the chance to explore life on wheels with their favorite toys and stuffed
animals along for the ride.
Note: The Kinderfeets Cargo Bike is a toy. It's designed for a home setting
only and must always be used under adult supervision. Do not use the toy
on a hill, cliff, ledge or busy street. Avoid adverse weather conditions when
playing outdoors (this includes wet weather, windy conditions, damp ground
or extreme hot and cold temperatures).
WARNING! Must be assembled by an adult. Keep small,
loose parts away from children as they are a choking hazard.
Children should be supervised by an adult while playing.
Always wear protective equipment while riding.
Use safely!

Assembling your Kinderfeets Cargo Bike
Remove all packaging and check to ensure all parts are included and in good
working condition.
1. Slide front axle (G) through cargo box (A). On each side—slide spacer
(H) onto axle, followed by washer (L). Next, attach the front wheels (E) and
secure with axle screw (J) on each side using Allen wrenches (M).
Note: Wheels must be tightened by hand on each side simultaneously using
both Allen wrenches. It is not possible to tighten the axle correctly using only
one Allen wrench. Do not overtighten the screws. Check that the wheels
can still turn freely after the screws have been tightened. If they cannot turn
freely, loosen the individual screws by a quarter turn.
2. Follow the same steps for the rear axle: Slide axle (F) through frame (B)and
apply spacers (H) and washers (L) on each side. Attach the rear wheels (E)
and secure with axle screws (J). Tighten axle screws by hand and check that
wheels can rotate freely. Slide washer (I) on pin at the front of the frame (B)
as shown.
3. Connect assembled rear unit (B) with cargo box (A) as shown, and secure
with screw (Q).
4. Slide handle bar (C) through the 2 vertical supports (D) and secure with
screws (K).
5. Attach steering handle unit to cargo box (A) and secure with screws (N)
and bolts (P) using Allen wrenches (M).
Precautions: Before using your Kinderfeets Cargo Bike, please check that it
is undamaged, assembled correctly and that all screws and parts are securely
fastened. Check it regularly for signs of wear, cracking, damages or defects. A
damaged, unsafe Kinderfeets Cargo Bike should no longer be used.
Clean your Kinderfeets toy using a mild cleaning agent, clean water and soft
cloth. Store your Kinderfeets toy in a dry place when not in use.
Do not store it in a location where water condensation can build up
overnight (such as in a shed or on a balcony outside); or in an area with high
humidity (such as a bathroom or laundry room with a condensation dryer).
Always store your Kinderfeets toy indoors in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated
location—especially in a tropical or subtropical climate, or any location
subject to high humidity and/or high rainfall.
