BEFORE USE
When you use the appliance for the first time, or when you want to use the appliance
again after a long time, you need to clean the appliance first according to the
instructions in 'Cleaning and maintenance'.
Check whether the voltage stated on the rating label on the appliance corresponds with
the voltage of your power net.
USE
1. Remove the lid from the bean container. Pour the desired quantity of coffee beans
into the bean container, max. 215 g. Place the lid onto the bean container.
2. Set the grinding control to the desired coarseness, the finest grinding being 1, the
roughest being 9. This setting needs to be done before turning on the appliance.
3. Make sure that the container for the ground coffee is placed correctly. Plug in the
coffee grinder.
4. Select the desired amount of coffee. When you set the amount to 12, the grinder
will grind enough coffee for 12 cups. Remark: this is a guide, not an exact
measurement. All depends on the type of beans, your taste and the set coarseness.
5. Press the start button to start grinding. The coffee grinder will automatically stop
