Prior to first use

If you open the packaging with a sharp knife or other sharp object without due
care, the handheld vacuum cleaner may become damaged.
Proceed carefully when opening.
1. Remove the handheld vacuum cleaner from the packaging.
2. Check that the delivery is complete (see Fig. A, B and E).
3. Check if the handheld vacuum cleaner or individual parts have damage. If this is indeed the case, do not use the
handheld vacuum cleaner.
Preparing the charging station
1. Insert the charging base
2. Turn the connected parts over and screw the charging foot tight using the three screws 18.
3. Position the charging station close to a properly installed power socket.
4. Insert the mains connector
5. Plug the power supply
Charging the handheld vacuum cleaner
1. Ensure that the handheld vacuum cleaner is switched off.
2. Plug the handheld vacuum cleaner into the charging base 17, as such that the charging contact is established
or
plug the mains plug

3. The charging display
4. Once the battery is fully charged, the charging display stops flashing.
When you are travelling, you can also charge the device using the optional vehicle adapter. To do this, plug the
vehicle adapter into the charging socket on the handle of the handheld vacuum cleaner and connect to a
suitable 12V supply in your car, caravan or equivalent.
Switching the handheld vacuum cleaner on and off
Switch the handheld vacuum cleaner on by pressing the On/Off switch 14. The handheld vacuum cleaner
commences suction and the charging display
Switch the handheld vacuum cleaner off by pressing the On/Off switch again. The handheld vacuum cleaner
stops suction and the charging display switches off.
