12. TRIM ANGLE ADJUSTMENT
(Gas assist tilt type)
• Install the outboard motor so that the axis of the
propeller is parallel with the water surface.
1) Push in the adjusting rod, then twist it up and pull
it out to remove.
2) Adjust the outboard motor position so that the
anti-ventilation plate is parallel to the bottom of
the boat. Reposition the adjusting rod and secure
it by folding the rod stopper down.
No. of adjustment positions:
5 positions: (8°, 12°, 16°, 20°, 24°)

• The rod stopper of the adjusting rod must be at
right angles (90°) to the rod.
• After attaching make sure that the rod cannot come
out when it is pelled.
• Adjust by repositioning the adjusting rod so that the
anti-ventilation plate is parallel to the bottom of the
boat.
