Removing the telescopic runners
1. Pull the front end of the runner firmly upwards.
2. Disengage the hooks and pull towards you to remove.

Removing the side rails
1. Carefully pull the front edge of the rail inwards to disengage the hook from the cavity wall.
2. Pull the whole rail towards you.
3. Reverse this sequence to reassemble.
