USE INSTRUCTIONS.
Before starting up the mixer, we recommend that
you carefully read all of the instructions as indicated.
Please respect all regulations regarding the
prevention of accidents, health and safety directives,
laws and applicable restrictions for work places. The
mixer must only be used by persons who have been
instructed in its use and only for the purposes for
which it has been designed.
POWER SUPPLY.
Make sure the power supply is adapted to the
requirements shown on the information panel of the
mixer (1). Using the motor at low voltage will make
it operate slowly. This will reduce performance and
may cause the motor to overheat.
EXTENSION CORD.
If the working area is at some distance from the
power supply, use an extension cord of enough
diameter and quality.
FIXING THE STIRRER.
Screw the stirrer in the M14 connection of the mixer
and tight it properly with the given accessories (2).
SWITCHING ON AND OFF.
When starting the mixer, hold it with both hands
since the torgue of the motor can cause the mixer
to twist. The safety switch is designed to prevent
accidental starts. To start the mixer, press the safety
button located on the handle with your thumb and
pull the trigger simultaneously (3). The mixer will

start to run continuously. To switch the machine off,
pull the trigger again.
SPEED CONTROL.
You can modify the speed by pressing on the
switch and using the integrated regulator (4). The
3
more you press on the switch, the speed will be
higher, according the prefixed speed level.
TURN SELECTOR.
2
The turn selector only can be activated when the
mixer is stopped. For a rotation to the right, set the
turn selector to the right position. For a rotation to the
left, set the turn selector to the left position.
UNSCREWING THE STIRRER.
Fit a flat open-end wrench on the hexagon end of
the mixer connection and unscrew the stirrer from
the spindle by turning it to the left (5).
ELECTRONICS PARAMETERS.
The electronic parameters keep the speed between
load and no-load nearly constant and ensures
uniform mixing of the materials.
ELECTRONIC OVERLOAD PROTECTION.
In case that the mixer is extremely forced, an
electronic protection protects the motor from
damage. In this case, the motor stops and restarts
only after the feeding pressure is reduced.
ELECTRONIC OVERHEATING PROTECTION.
To protect the motor from overheating at extreme
permanent load, it is switched off by the electronic
protection system when a critical temperature
is reached. After a cooling-down period of
approximately 3 and 5 minutes, the mixer is again
ready for use and can be fully loaded.
MIX PROCESS.
The election of the mixer mechanism (stirrer) is
decisive for the result of the mixture. Two factors
are determining at the time of making this decision:
the volume to be mixed defines the diameter of the
mixer mechanism and the type of material defines
the geometry of the mixer mechanism.
MIXING WAY
The material is lead upwards from the bottom of the
container, happening through the center of the mix
mechanism, returning to flow laterally downwards.
Suitable for dry mixtures like mortar, paste sticky,
substances that contain sand and gravel. The mixer
mechanism crosses the mixture materials easily.
