TROUBLE SHOOTING YOUR SPRAYER
Symptom
Unit runs but does not spray
Unit will not start
Battery pack will not charge
Unit shuts off abruptly
Shut-off leaks
Wand assembly leaks
Nozzle assembly leaks
Leak between pump assembly
and tank
Hose leaking at tank outlet
Hose leaking at shut-off
Possible Reason
Pump is not primed
Battery pack not installed properly
Battery pack not charged
Battery pack not inserted into charger
Charger not plugged in
Surrounding air temperature too hot or too cold
Battery pack has reached its maximum thermal limit.
Out of charge. (To maximize the life of the battery
pack it is designed to shutoff abruptly when the
charge is depleted.)

Worn or damaged shut-off
Connections loose
Damaged or worn o-ring/gasket
Connections loose
Damaged or worn o-ring/gasket
Pump clamp loose
O-ring worn or damaged
Hose clamp loose

Correction
Activate shut-off handle until liquid
sprays out. Release handle and pump
will shut-off.
Check battery pack installation
Check battery pack charging requirements
Insert battery pack into charger until
green LED appears
Plug charger into a working outlet.
Refer to "Important Charging Notes" for
more details
Move charger and battery pack to a
surrounding air temperature of
above 40 degrees F (4.5ºC) or below
105 degrees F (+40.5º)
Allow battery pack to cool down.
Place on charger and allow to charge.
Tighten connection
Rebuild or replace the shut-off valve
Tighten connection
Replace o-ring/gasket
Tighten connection
Replace o-ring/gasket
Tighten clamp
Replace pressure chamber o-ring
Tighten clamp
Tighten retaining nut
Replace o-ring/gasket
