BUBEN&ZORWEG offers watch holders for shorter straps designed for
narrower wrists. These watch holders are slightly smaller than the
conventional models and are also suitable for very large watches.
ON THE ACCURACY OF MY WATCH?
All BUBEN&ZORWEG watch winders are magnetically shielded.
Electric motors create magnetic fi elds which may have a negative impact
on the accuracy of mechanical watches under certain circumstances as the
hairspring may become electromagnetically charged. This uncertainty fac-
tor is completely ruled out by the design of BUBEN&ZORWEG watch wind-
ers. Ground-breaking development work has reduced the limit values for
radiation emitted by the motor to a value that is virtually immeasurable
(approx. 80 A/m) and is merely twice the strength of the Earth's magnetic
fi eld. By the way: the German DIN Standard specifi es a limit value of
4,800 A/m for this type of design.
