Powering the device from the car battery through the cigarette lighter socket
• Connect one end of the car power supply included in the package to the mini
USB plug of the GPS navigation system.
• Connect the other end of the power supply to the cigarette lighter of the vehicle.
ATTENTION: Please connect the car power adapter to the cigarette lighter after
starting the vehicle, to avoid possible damage caused by the unstable current when
the engine is started.
Turn the device on/off
To turn on the device, press for about 2 seconds the button at the top of the device.
The device will open and the following interface will appear on the screen:
Note: Condensation caused by temperature and humidity variations can cause
short-circuiting of the navigation system. If the device has been moved from one
environment to another, turn it on only after it has adapted to the new temperature
and humidity conditions.
To turn off the device, long press for about 2 seconds the button at the top of the
device. The following interface will appear:
Choose the "Power off" option to turn off the navigation system or "Standby" to put
it to sleep.
