switch. The speed setting can be adjusted either with the
tool ON or OFF.

Be sure to select the proper speed for your sanding
operation. If in doubt about the proper speed for your
operation, test the performance at low speed settings and
gradually increase until a comfortable speed is found.
Operation

Grasp the sander and turn it ON. Move it in long, sweeping
strokes along the surface, letting it do the work. Pushing
down on the tool while sanding actually slows the removal
rate and produces an inferior quality finish.
Check your work often. This sander is capable of removing
material rapidly.

CAUTION: Because the PCCW201 has a separate
speed dial for setting the speed (8,000 - 18,000 OPM),
the tool will start at the speed where the variable
speed dial is set. Always depress the on/off switch
at the "O" position before installing the battery pack.
WARNING: Let the tool work at its own pace. Do
not overload.
WARNING: Collected sanding dust from sanding
surface coatings (polyurethane, linseed oil, etc.)
can selfignite in sander dust bag or elsewhere
and cause fire. To reduce risk, empty bag frequently
and strictly follow sander manual and coating
manufacturer's instructions.
The dust bag should be emptied after every 10 minutes
of sanding.
To attach the dust bag to the sander, line up the
grooves
on the side dust bag collar
