FITTING THE BACKPLATE
Cooper Security recommend that you mount the INFO module using the screws provided:
1. Select which cable entry you are going to use for the power supply and
break out the appropriate plastic sections.
2. Hold the back plate in place against the wall and mark the position of the
top fixing hole (see Figure 2).
3. Drill and plug the hole, and screw the back plate to the wall. Do not tighten
the screw completely home.
4. Make sure the back plate is level and mark, drill and plug the two other
fixing holes. Screw the back plate to the wall through the fixing holes.
LEARNING THE CONTROL UNIT
1. At the 7500r control unit, enter Installer Mode and select Other Devices - Info
Module Menu - Teach Info Module.
2. At the INFO module, first ensure that none of the partition select pins
are shorted together by jumpers, then apply 12VDC to the power input
connector (the polarity of the connector is printed on the PCB). The lowest
seven LEDs flash to indicate learn mode.
3. At the 7500r control unit press TEACH.
