APPROPRIATE USE

The GAS ALARM GX-C2 with external sensor is a gas warning device for carbon monoxide
(CO) / smoke and can already deliver a warning at a gas concentration that lies well below
life-threatening values. This monitoring system is, therefore, in line with its purpose, set to a
very high sensitivity (see table TECHNICAL DATA). The alarm is signalled acoustically and
optically. The unit is suitable for normal household use and may not be used in areas at risk
of explosion.
Another use of the device as described above is not authorized.
