Wearing with Chest Strap
1.
Attach the monitor to the chest strap.
2.
Dampen both electrodes on the back of the chest
strap.
3.
Position the monitor across the front of your chest,
just below your pectoral (chest) muscles.
Note: Ensure the "R" is facing to the right.
4.
Adjust the length of the strap and tighten the strap
to ensure the device remains in place while
moving.
Note: Ensure the electrodes on the chest strap are
placed snugly on the skin.
