TRIGGER SWITCH ACTION
• Turn the driver on by depressing the trigger switch (2-fIG 1).
• Depressing the switch further will produce more speed and torque.
• use the reversing switch (3-fIG 1) to change the direction of rotation of the driver.
• The reversing switch has three positions: forward, Reverse, and Off (middle).
• Always check the rotation before beginning your work.
LED WORK LIGHT
Your tool has a built-in LeD work light to illuminate the work area. When you turn on the tool, the work light will
automatically turn on.
BATTERY POWER INDICATOR
Your tool has a built-in battery power indictor (5-fIG 1) right above the trigger switch. It has three colored lights-
Green, Yellow and Red. Depress the trigger switch slightly to check the battery power level. When all three lights
illuminate, it indicates the battery is at full power. The battery is at half full power when only the yellow and
red lights illuminate. When the red light illuminates only, it indicates that the battery is at low power level and
requires immediate charging.
ELECTRIC BRAKE
This driver is equipped with an electric brake. The electric brake provides you with another element of control
during various operations. If the tool consistently fails to quickly stop after trigger switch release, have a
qualified serviceman examine the tool.
1/4" HEX CHUCK (FIG 4)
• Your driver is equipped with a tool-less 1/4" Hex Chuck, so you
can quickly change bits with no extra tools required.
• Remove battery pack or place the forward/Reverse Switch in
the center (Off) position.
• To insert or change bits, pull the chuck locking sleeve (A) away
from the tool. Hold it with one hand while inserting the bit with
the other hand. Release the locking sleeve to lock the bit in
place.
• Always make sure that bit is seated firmly by pulling on the
bit. Never attempt to operate a bit that is wobbly, unstable, or
broken.
• To remove the bit, pull the chuck locking sleeve away from the
tool, remove the bit and release the sleeve.
