• Remove packaging materials, labels, bags and anything else has
employed in order to protect your appliance, and place them in a safe
place far from reach of children.
• Read this instruction manual completely because it contain important
safety informations and also the way to grant to your appliance a long and
useful lifespan.
• Clean all the parts coming into contact with food: dough hooks (8),
beaters (7) and bowl (9). See paragraph "7 - CLEANING AND
MAINTENANCE" at page 19.
NEVER put the appliance directly under the tap!

Check
that
disconnected.
• Hold the appliance by the
handle (2).
• Hook the two dough hooks (8)
or the two beaters (7) to the
motor body (1) by inserting them
in the appropriate holes under
the motor body (fig.1), push
slightly
until
hooking .
• Make sure that the whisk with
the gear, indicated by the bigger
arrow in the image beside (Fig.
1), is inserted to the correct side
as indicated, where the hole is
visibly bigger.
