Ultrasonic cleaning is extremely effective in removing dirt and grime, which would normally require tedious
manual cleaning. Use an ultrasonic cleaner to clean a wide variety of instruments and mechanical parts,
returning them to almost brand-new condition without damage to delicate parts.
5.2. General Operation
Open the lid and fill the tank with water. To avoid damage, make sure not to run the cleaner without water!
Pour in some cleaning detergent if desired.
Put the objects in the basket. Make sure to exceed half of the tank volume level and that the object is
immersed completely. Do not exceed the maximum level.
Close the lid, put the cleaner tank in its base and connect the cleaner to the mains.
Briefly press the on-off button to switch on the cleaner.
Briefly press the timer button and set the timer cycle (90-180-280-380-480 seconds). The cleaning process
starts and the LED will light. Note that the cleaning process can produce some noise, which is completely
normal. The display shows the current working time and the cleaner buzzes.
To stop the cleaning process before the programmed time, briefly press the on-off button. After the
cleaning process is finished, disconnect the cleaner from the mains, open the lid and remove the object.
Pour the water out of the tank and clean the tank. Take extra care when you empty your ultrasonic cleaner
tank.
5.3. Cleaning Methods
General Cleaning
Use clear water for general cleaning. The object should be completely immersed. However, the water should
not exceed the maximum fill level.
Thorough Cleaning
In order to obtain better results, you may add a few drops of universal detergent. We recommend using
commercial dishwashing detergent – preferably without any lipid-replenishing substances (balm).
Partial Cleaning
For partial cleaning of larger objects, use the cleaner with its lid open. Make sure not to touch the liquid
during operation!
Ultra-Cleaning
When items require extensive cleaning, use the thorough cleaning procedure first, refresh the water and
repeat until the items are cleaned to satisfaction.
