1. REMOVE BATTERY PULL STRIP
A
Remove the detector from the mounting bracket by twisting it.
B
Remove the battery pull strip by pulling it from the detector. Only after removing the pull strip the detector can be used.
2. INDICATORS
The detector contains a LED indicator to show the status of the detector. Please see below the meaning of the
different LED indications.

3. DOWNLOAD APP
To connect the detector with a Smart Bridge or ICS-2000, first get the App by scanning the QR code or go to trust.com/
Zigbee and install it.
4. CONNECT DETECTOR

In the App, select a room, press the + button and choose Trust Zigbee line/Smoke detector and follow the instructions.
For manual set up of push-notifications go to the rules tab, press the + button and select notification wizard.
5. MOUNT THE DETECTOR
A
Mount the bracket of the detector on a flat surface on the ceiling and secure it with the included screws.
LED will flash fast green for approximately 1 min.
LED will light up green for 3 sec (The App will also
indicate when the connection is successful)
LED will flash 6x green
LED will flash red and detector will sound (85db). To
stop the detector alarm press the Test/Stop button
LED will flash once red every 53 sec to indicate the
detector is operating correctly
LED will flash once red and gives one beep every
53 sec
LED will flashes red twice and gives two beeps
every 53 sec. Replace the smoke detector
