Operation
3.1 Press the On/Off switch on the cordless screwgun and
change to continuous operation by pressing in the
knob on the side. Make sure the direction of rotation is set to
clockwise and the torque is set to maximum power.
The automatic setting tool IF240-B is ready for operation.
3.2 Stop the tool using the toe of your shoe on the stop bar and tip the tool backward.
Push the tool forward to the next fastening point with your foot.
3.3 The black line provides lateral guidance relative to the corrugated decking.
3.4 The distance from the edge of the waterproof membrane to the edge of the disc
must be at least 10 mm (1/2") (see Figure). Follow the waterproof membrane
manufacturer's instructions on fastening their system.
3.5 The marker nipple is used as an orientation aid for seam fastening of waterproof
membranes. This nipple is removed for shipping in the case. The marker nipple
can be moved by undoing it and therefore flexibly positioned. After re-positioning,
re-tighten.
3.6 Press down the T-handle with both hands as far as the stop.

On the removal of a jammed fastener, cuts and crushing injuries may be
caused. Remove a jammed fastener carefully while wearing personal protecti-
ve equipment.
