When finished, pull the plug from the outlet. Remove the motor unit of the chopper by rotating it
counterclockwise.
SPIRAL CUTTER
You can use the spiral cutter to easily slice different kinds of fruit and vegetables into strings. For example,
you can nicely dress up your perfect dish with the strings to make a healthy vegetable spaghetti dish as a
nice meal variation.
Which vegetables and fruits can you spiralise? courgette, cucumber, winter radishes, carrot (yellow,
orange, red), kohlrabi, celeriac, parsley roots, parsnips, daikons, pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, white
and yellow turnips, red beets, chioggia beets, broccoli stalks, apples, kaki (Japanese persimmon), pears,
yellow melons.
1.
Place the drive on the cover with the filler opening and tighten. Place the motor unit on the drive
and tighten it as well.
2.
Choose the desired blade cone for thin or thick strings.
3.
Turn the cover including the motor unit upside down. Place the blade cone in the opening and fasten
it in place by turning it anticlockwise. Turn it over again and put it on the bowl.
4.
Plug in the appliance.
! Stick the vegetable or fruit - peeled or not - onto the cross at the bottom of the food pusher.
5.
Caution: the vegetable or fruit has to be min. 3 cm and max. 6 cm wide. To make nice, long spaghetti
it should also have a round or cylinder shape.
6.
Now put the food pusher with the vegetable or fruit attached to it into the opening in the lid - with
the vegetable/fruit downwards, so that the food touches the blade cone.
