The keypad backlight is blue, can be dimmed and switches on and off
depending on the available light.

Function of code keypad

If no keys are pressed for a period of 10 seconds,
the code keypad switches back to normal mode and
discards any data or changes entered.
2 status LEDs indicate the
operating statuses (correct
PIN code, incorrect PIN code,
menu item etc.). An acoustic
signal transmitter indicates the
keystrokes and when access is
granted.
