FOR THE BEST RESULT:
1、Clean the knives and dry it before grinding.
2、Please keep the machine works on clean, solid and smooth surface.
3、During grinding, control the sharpen force and dragging speed.
Keep dragging the knife toward you.
4、To alternate use of left and right sharpen slot for sharpening the left and right edge of the knives.
5、Keep clean of the dust case.
FUNCTION:
1. Function of the electric knife sharpener.
2. Function of the knife rest.

5. Dry/sterilization/sharpen blue indicated light.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Please read this manual before use.
1. Plug the 19VDC adapter on the power cord of the machine, then plug the adapter on 100~240v,
50/60HZ power.
2. Sharpening: press the sharpen button, the grinding wheel rotates, then press the button to stop it.If
you don't stop it by pressing the button, the machine will be automatic stop after 20 minutes from start.
3. Sterilization: press the UV sterilization button, then stop it, the machine will be automatic stop after
30 minutes from start. KB value: 15KB
4. Dry:Press the hot-air drying button to start drying, then stop it.The machine will be automatic stop
after 50 minutes from start, the fan will stop 1 minute later.
5. Every function button could work independently.
6. Sharpen part could be stored into the machine( see figure 1) when not in use.
Press it out(see figure 2) when you need to use it.
Operation as below.

Press the sharpen part hardly until it reach its bottom(figure 1), then release it.
Press the sharpen part hardly until it reach its bottom(figure 2), then release it.
KNIVES GRINDING:( SEE FIGURE BELOW)
Place the knife into the RIGHT grinding slot then sharpen the
LEFT edge, keep the knife glued to the inner of the slot,
stretch the knife down the slot until the edge touches the
grinding wheel.
Ensure the sharpen direction is from near the handle to the
nose of the knife, then pick up the knife(Don't drag the knife
back and forth into the slot).Suggest grinding speed:
3~4cm/second.
Place the knife into the left grinding slot then sharpen the
RIGHT edge. Keep grinding between Left and right slot until
the edge of the knife get sharp. How long for cycling
depends on the sharpness of the edge.
CLEANING AND MAINTAINING:
1、Do not wash the machine by running water, use a soft cloth to wipe its surface.
2、This machine has a dust tank. Just open the dust tank while cleaning, clean up the dust then return
it into the machine.
Suggestion: To clean the machine after each grinded to avoid too much dust into the machine.
3、Please send the machine to professional or qualified service centre for checking and maintaining
when failure occurs. Please do not take apart the machine by oneself.
